One of our clients manufactures bullet proof vests for dogs. They needed a mannequin of a German Sheppard for a expo they were doing. Layers of 90mm mdf were used. The torso was cut in 4 layers and bolted together with the legs being cut as one complete unit. In order to cut the legs in one complete unit the one side was cut, then a negative of that side was cut into another block of mdf to allow for alignment. The leg was then clamped and the opposite side of the leg was cut. Detail of the teeth, D-claw, eyes and tongue were some of the visible detail on our Jack Jack 2.0.
